I have over a decade's experience as an Outstanding UPS3 Secondary English Teacher and worked as a Key Stage 5 Subject Lead. I spent three years as an Initial Teacher Training PGCE Lead working school wide and with three partner universities and was also a dedicated departmental mentor for ITT students and ECTs for over five years. With Attune, I work with the TES Institute as a Pathway Tutor for their ITT Secondary routes.

Our specialism means we are also well placed to offer coaching or mentoring services to trainees, mentors or hub staff on a bespoke basis and are always happy to discuss new contexts for working alongside you to support ITT students and ECTs.
Research Roles/Hub Leads
We are available for part time leadership or management contracts in teaching hubs or with ITT lead providers.
As course creators and facilitators we also love to research and create new courses for providers. Whether it's researching and developing new courses for ITT cohorts on Oracy or applying our specialist knowledge of MI and Coaching to induction programmes for Subject Mentors or as part of an NPQLTD, we'd be delighted to work alongside you.
