Alongside this I delivered CPD school wide as part of the Good to Outstanding Coaching group supporting colleagues across their school in their professional development. In 2019, I began work as an Associate Trainer and Content Developer with a leading provider of Motivational Interviewing training across the country and spent 5 years training Social Care Professionals in local authorities across the UK in this strengths based approach to conversations around change. I have also worked as an Associate Teacher with Buckinghamshire New University and a Digital Content Developer, creating an innovative app to extend the learning experience beyond the training room and creating and project managing the development of a virtual course in Applied MI in an interactive online learning space.  Training is a core passion of mine; having been immersed in the education space for over two decades, I am a genuine believer in the transformative power of learning and development for all. I am no more at home than in the training space meeting new groups of delegates and being alongside them as they learn. My guiding principles as a trainer are to ensure every individual is engaged and inspired as well as feeing safe, heard and an intrinsic part of the learning environment, whether face to face or online.
